Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage multiple calendars includes creating, deleting and updating meetings and events and assist customers in prioritizing their daily schedules.
- Develop and support briefing materials and presentations.
- General administrative responsibilities (i.e. phone coverage, scan, FedEx, internal mail).
- Maintain organizational charts in Visio.
- Process and track purchase orders and manage the area’s inventory of supplies.
- Provide back-up support to other admins within at own initiative or as requested, perform other ad-hoc duties assignments and projects, as necessary.

- Must be a self-starter, with excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, coordinate several calendars and schedule a high-volume of internal and external meetings; work independently and follow through to resolve day-to-day administrative matters.
- Excellent at designing and delivering clear communication
- Excellent at focusing efforts in areas where he/she can add the most value; works well with others to achieve team goals; leverages the expertise of others
- Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive data and confidential information
- Ability to adapt to new assignments and apply best practices to refine and improve work processes and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills with the ability to work well with all levels of staff, Bank and System-level senior management, and senior domestic and foreign officials from both the public and private sectors
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide back up support to the Group’s administrative support services team
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and guidance, excellent prioritization and organizational and skills
